Getting started

1. Install Mint Sale Scheduler from the Shopify App Store and open it.
2. Create sale: choose what it applies to (all products, specific products or variants, collections, tags, vendors or product types), the discount (percentage off, amount off or a sale price) and optional .99 / .95 / .00 endings.
3. Preview: check each variant's current and sale price, anything skipped, and overlaps with your other sales.
4. Schedule: set the start and end in your store's time zone (or start now). The sale's page shows progress, and a per-variant report once it has run.

Common questions

A variant wasn't restored at the end of the sale. Its price or compare-at price was changed during the sale (by you, a staff member or another app), so the app left it as it was. It's listed on the sale's page under "Edited by someone else"; click "Restore pre-sale prices" if you want the old price back.

Some variants were skipped. The sale's page lists the reason for each one: already discounted (if you chose to skip those), the sale price wasn't lower than the current price, the discount was larger than the price, or the variant was in another running sale.

My store's time zone is wrong. Sales use the time zone in Shopify under Settings → General. Changing it doesn't move sales already scheduled; edit them to pick new times.

Prices in other currencies didn't change. The app changes each variant's base price. Markets that convert from it follow automatically; prices you fixed in a market or B2B price list aren't changed.

I uninstalled during a sale. Shopify removes the app's access immediately, so it can't restore prices while uninstalled. Reinstall within 48 hours and the app restores the prices of sales whose end time has passed. You can also download a sale's prices (CSV) from its page before uninstalling.

Plans

Free runs one scheduled or running sale at a time with up to 50 variants. Pro is billed through Shopify at $5.99/month after a 7-day free trial and adds unlimited sales and variants, repeating sales and the price editor with undo. Change or cancel in the app under Plans.

Privacy
